How much does it cost?

Your first month trial with Maintenance Assist is free. Thereafter, it's $1.99 per unit per month, with a $50 monthly minimum. You'll also get free access to Price Assist, our intelligent rent pricing tool to help you set your rent prices optimally.

Can I try Maintenance Assist before I sign up?

Yes, you can interact with our tool to see how our AI assistant works. We also offer a one month free trial. 

How does the AI know how to resolve issues or answer questions about my property?

Our Maintenance Assistant is trained using industry best practices, historical maintenance data, and expert-reviewed troubleshooting workflows. It identifies common property issues, offers guided troubleshooting, and knows when to escalate to a professional. To ensure reliability, the AI has strict guardrails to prevent unsafe recommendations or misdiagnoses. It won’t provide advice on regulated or high-risk issues and defers to experts when needed.
