Where Do My Listings Syndicate?
ASSIST syndicates your listings to multiple rental platforms to help you reach prospective renters and collect leads.
Listing Platforms
When you list a property on ASSIST, your listing is syndicated to:
- ApartmentAdvisor
- Redfin
- Rent.com
- Zillow
- HotPads
- Trulia
View Your Syndicated Listings
You can view your leads and check the status of your listings from the Leads tab in your dashboard.
From the Leads tab, you can:
- View and engage with interested prospects.
- Check which platforms your listing has successfully syndicated to.
- Click a platform's logo to view your listing on that site.
A green check indicates that your listing was successfully syndicated to that platform.
