That's why we're bringing enterprise-ready screening to all of our users — at no extra cost to them.*
We have officially partnered with Intellirent and Experian to provide secure background checks for any prospective tenant who applies to one of your units through ApartmentAdvisor ASSIST.
You can start requesting background checks in just a few easy steps:
1. Head to your configuration settings and click on Experian, then hit "Get started."
2. Fill out the short form with your information.
3. Head to your "Leads" tab and select the tenant you'd like to send an application. They will automatically be asked for a background check during the application process.
In-app background checks happen instantaneously — meaning you can review the results as soon as your prospect hits "submit" on their application.
* Note: There is a charge for tenants who complete the background check, which they can pay securely online. The fee may very by state. ASSIST background checks are currently not offered in WI, VA, VT, MA, IL, or FL.
