Rent Reminders
Learn how ASSIST sends automated rent reminders when a resident’s rent is past due.
Once rent becomes past due, ASSIST automatically sends reminder emails to the resident based on the following schedule:
- 2 weeks before rent is due: Receive email that rent is posted
- 1 day after the due date: First reminder email
- 3 days later: Second reminder email
- 3 days later: Third reminder email
- Every 7 days after: Additional reminder emails until the rent is paid
Once the outstanding rent is paid, no additional rent reminder emails will be sent.
