Notification Preferences: How, What & When You’re Alerted
With Assist, you have the power to control which notifications you receive and how you receive them. By adjusting your settings, you can ensure that high-priority alerts come through as immediate SMS notifications, keeping you on top of time-sensitive situations. Additionally, you can manage low-priority notifications, allowing the AI Assistant to handle them while you focus on what truly matters. This way, you can streamline your attention and stay organized.
Managing Notification Preferences
1. First, navigate to the Settings page. This page can be found by mousing over your username in the bottom left corner.
2. Select "Notifications". This will bring up the notifications control center where you can choose which alerts you would like to receive via SMS or Email. You can toggle Email and SMS notifications on and off, change how you are notified when high-priority tickets are assigned to you, and decide what situations you would like to be notified about.
3. When you are finished, click "Update" to save your preferences.
