Managing Lease Renewal Offers & Unit Turnovers
A guide to using the Renewal Dashboard, setting renewal preferences, managing offers to residents, and managing unit turnovers.
Managing lease renewals and unit turnovers is a crucial part of any rental operation. With the ASSIST Renewal Dashboard, managing these elements of the business has never been easier to stay on top of. ASSIST allows you to view every lease ending in the next 180 days in one place, presenting the information in a clean dashboard where users can decide whether to offer renewals, schedule the date a renewal offer will be sent, decide whether to increase rent and by how much, and utilize a pipeline view to see where each renewal is in its lifecycle - from offer scheduled to new lease signed. If a resident declines to renew their lease, the unit will automatically be placed into Unit Turnovers - where owners can schedule the listing to hit the market, confirm listing details, and create a work order for any make-ready work that needs to be completed prior to move-in.
