With Maintenance Assist Configuration, you can customize AI chatbot responses to fit your unique requirements. You have the flexibility to apply these changes across your entire portfolio or set them for individual properties. From this interface, you can easily toggle the AI Assistant on or off, assign maintenance tickets to specific team members, and provide building-specific context to help the AI Assistant effectively triage maintenance requests.
Using Maintenance Assist Configuration To Tailor AI Assistant Responses
1. First, navigate to the configuration page.
2. Here, you'll see a list of common maintenance categories. Select any category to view potential questions the AI Assistant may ask and suggestions it may give. Certain questions and suggestions can be toggled on or off.
3. These changes can be made broadly across your entire portfolio or fine-tuned at an individual property level. To make changes to specific properties, use the "Scope" drop down menu to select which property you would like to configure, and proceed as above.
Configuring Maintenance Assist Using Ticket Feedback
Maintenance Assist can also be configured by leaving feedback on individual tickets as they come in. This can be helpful for adjusting AI Assistant responses in real time, allowing for constant improvements to tenant communication.
1. To start, navigate to the Maintenance Tickets section.
2. Select any maintenance ticket and review the text conversation. If there are any suggestions you would have preferred the Assistant to make, questions that would have been helpful, or building information that can be used to solve problems, you can enter it in the feedback section and the AI Assistant will use this feedback to improve future responses. Click "Leave feedback on this conversation" to leave feedback.
