The ApartmentAdvisor Assist Property Management Dashboard is your centralized hub for managing listings. From here, you can host all your marketing assets and property/amenity details, set rent prices using our Price Assist recommendation tool, and list or de-list units with a single click.
After you’ve updated your property and unit details, you can create new listings directly from the Assist dashboard in just one click. (If you still need to update those details, you can follow our step-by-step guide here.) When you publish units through Assist, your listings go live on the ApartmentAdvisor website and are syndicated via feed to the third-party sites you choose. Any new renter inquiries from those syndicated listings flow straight into your Leasing Dashboard, where your AI Assistant immediately begins qualifying each lead, ensuring every prospect gets an instant response and no opportunity slips through the cracks.
