After you configure Maintenance Assist, we recommend running a few test prompts to confirm the AI is responding the way you expect. You can do this directly from the Configuration dashboard, which lets you try different phrasings and make adjustments on the spot instead of waiting for a resident to submit a real ticket. During testing, the AI will use the configurations and instructions you’ve provided, so the responses are tailored to your properties and workflows. For best results, test Maintenance Assist each time you add or update a configuration.
