How to Set Up Lead Routing

How leads are ingested into Lease Assist and distributed to agents

Once your team is onboarded, you’re ready to start processing leads in the Lease Assist platform.

There are two primary ways to receive inbound leads:

1. Host all properties, units, and marketing assets directly in Lease Assist, then syndicate them to third-party sites using a feed we generate. This is most optimal when using Assist as a standalone platform.

2. Use a provisional email address and phone number that we generate to ingest leads. This contact information is provided to your syndication partners so that any inquiries flow directly into Lease Assist, where the AI Assistant will qualify leads and schedule tours. This is most optimal when using a sidecar integration on top of an existing PMC.

How to Configure Lead Routing Settings

Lease Assist supports an array of configuration options that can be changed to enhance your existing leasing flow. Auto-scheduling tours can be toggled on or off, syncing opportunities to a PMC can be enabled or disabled, and how leads are distributed to agents can be toggled between Round Robin, Random, or property-specific (i.e. all leads from one property assigned to the same agent).

This page is also where you can find your provisional email for lead ingestion and set an inbox where we send a copy of each inbound lead.

How to Assign Agents to a Property

If you route leads on a property-specific basis, or each property has its own leasing team, you can set these assignments directly in the leasing dashboard so that new leads are only sent to the agents responsible for that property. If multiple agents are assigned to a single property, the leads will be distributed among them either randomly or round-robin based on your configuration settings.
