How to Set Agent Working Hours

Setting up a schedule should be the first action taken by agents when accessing Lease Assist for the first time, as this is what the AI Assistant will use to determine when a tour can be scheduled. Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date schedule ensures that the Assist AI will only schedule tours during the hours that agents choose, preventing tours during off-hours or time off periods. Leasing Managers can make changes to any agent's schedule on their team, while agents can set their own schedules, but cannot make changes to another agent's schedule.
