What To Do When a Renter Is Ready To Apply
A guide to sending a renter an application, reviewing their responses, and running a credit/background check.
Once a renter is ready to apply, you can send them a rental application directly from the Leasing Dashboard. As they fill out the application, you'll be able to view their responses - including landlord references, rental history, emergency contact, vehicle information, employment, income & credit, and more.
