How to Disable and Enable the AI Assistant
A guide to turning the AI Assistant on and off at various points in the conversation.
At points during the lead flow, agents will want to turn off the AI Assistant and take over the conversation themselves. This can be done with the click of a button, and while the Assistant is disabled the Agent will be free to use the calling and messaging functionality of Lease Assist to communicate with the renter. The AI Assistant can be re-enabled at any point, ensuring that leads are responded to immediately when the Agent is unavailable.
