A guide to ensuring your AI Assistant only asks the questions that are most important to your workflow.
With Lease Assist, you have a 24/7 AI Assistant that handles renter qualification and tour scheduling, ensuring that when you view your leads, the AI Assistant has already done the bulk of the back-and-forth. The questions the AI Assistant asks are all fully customizable, and the flow can be changed to your specific needs in the Bot Settings section of the Configuration Menu. The only question that the AI Assistant will always ask is a confirmation of the renter's desired move-in date - everything else can be toggled on or off as needed.
