Connect Your Calendar

Connecting your Google or Outlook calendar allows ApartmentAdvisor to check your availability when scheduling leasing tours. This helps prevent tours from being scheduled during times when you are unavailable.

When calendar invite emails are sent, they will be delivered to the email address associated with your connected calendar.

Grant Calendar Access

For Google Calendar:

When connecting your Google Calendar, you’ll be redirected to a Google login page and asked to grant access to your calendar. Select the permission to “View your availability in your calendars” to allow ApartmentAdvisors to check your availability.

For Outlook:

When connecting your Outlook calendar, you’ll be redirected to a Microsoft login page. Sign in with your Microsoft account and review and approve the requested calendar permissions.

If you don't grant the required permissions during setup, you can disconnect and reconnect your calendar later to update your access.
